Grapefruit Shandy

  • Plenty of ice
  • Fresh grapefruit juice
  • Cold Pilsner
  • Good Vodka
  • make sure you use equal amounts of Pilsner and grapefruit juice and a good amount of vodka

Ham Mac and Cheese

  • Keep it simple
  • Don't over boil the pasta
  • Extra ham tastes better
  • Saute the ham nice and crispy (you can substitute bacon if you prefer)
  • Transfer to hotel pan, sprinkle bread crumb on top and bake at 350 till golden on top

GRAPEFRUIT SHANDY

  • 12 OUNCES FRESH SQUEEZED GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
  • 12 OUNCES PILSNER
  • 4 OUNCES VODKA
  • PITCHER FILLED WITH ICE

POUR VODKA OVER ICE AND REST OF INGREDIENTS STIR, POUR INTO TALL GLASSES WITH ICE, ENJOY.


HAM MAC and CHEESE

  • 1 BOX OF VELVEETA
  • 1/4 POUND OF THINLY SLICED HAM
  • 2 OUNCES OF FINELY CHOPPED CHIVE
  • 1/2 OUNCE OF OIL

WHILE PREPARING THE VELVEETA AS PER THE BOX INSTRUCTIONS CHOP HAM INTO SMALL PIECES AND SAUTE OVER MEDIUM HEAT WITH THE 1/2 OUNCE OF OIL.  WHEN PASTA IS COOKED ADD TO THE PAN WITH THE HAM, FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS AND ADD THE CHEESE AND CHIVE AND SERVE, PERFECTION.
