GRILLED CENTER CUT FILLET 

1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE
1/8 CUP SWEET CHILI SAUCE
YOUR FAVORITE HOT PEPPER
6 INCH CENTER CUT FILLET


MIX SOY WITH SWEET CHILI SAUCE CRUSH HOT PEPPER AND MIX IN PLACE IN ZIPLOCK BAG WITH MEAT, MARINATE FOR 3 TO 4 HOURS.

PLACE ON HOT GRILL COOK TO DESIRED TEMPERATURE. SLICE AND ENJOY!
