do not over blend

Make sure to grind up turkey 1st

do not over puree stuffing in food processor 

Add in whatever leftovers you have

There are no wrong items, use everything.

RECIPIES.

 BASIC SAUSAGE STUFFING

3 LARGE SPANISH ONION (CUT IN HALF AND SLICE)

2 ITALIAN BREAD (REMOVE CRUST AND SOAK BREAD IN WATER)

2 POUNDS SAUSAGE MEAT

1 TABLESPOON DRY OREGANO


IN A LARGE SAUTEE PAN COOK SAUSAGE MEAT UNTIL FULLY COOKED, ADD ONION AND OREGANO AND COOK UNTIL SOFT. TASTE AND ADJUST SEASONING IF NECESSARY.  SQUEEZE WATER OUT OF BREAD AND PUT IN LARGE MIXING BOWL, ADD ONION SAUSAGE MIX, MIX WELL, TASTE ADD SALT AND PEPPER IF NECESSARY.  PLACE IN BAKING PAN IN OVEN AT 400 UNTIL CRUSTY ON TOP,  ENJOY

PLACE ICE IN BLENDER, ADD VODKA, ADD APPLE CIDER AND PULSE TO SLUSHY CONSISTENCY

CRANBERRY SAUCE

HOT TURKEY GRAVY SIMMERING ON STOVE

1 EGG

MAKE SURE TO PULSE TURKEY 1ST IN FOOD PROCESSOR SO IT IS WELL CHOPPED, ADD IN STUFFING AND CRANBERRY PULSE LIGHTLY, KEEP CHUNKY, REMOVE AND PLACE IN MIXING BOWL, ADD EGG AND MIX.

FORM BALLS AND ADD TO TURKEY GRAVY.  WHEN WARM SERVE.
